How do I cancel?

Your subscription is flexible – cancel at any time with no commitments and no hidden fees. Log in to the website, open your profile section (upper menu on the website) select CANCEL and confirm your decision in the pop up window.

When you cancel, you willl continue to have access to the material until the end of your current billing period. Beyond that, you will not be charged again unless you renew your subscription.

Renewing your subscription is easy, too! Simply log in to your account and select RENEW from the profile menu section.

Can I upgrade my subscription?

Yes! You can always switch to a subscription that better fits your needs and preferences from the Profile section at the menu of the website (once logged in).
