Obviamente, nadie será forzado físicamente a ponérsela.

The Brazilian Supreme Court, with 10 votes in favor of 11 ministers, endorsed mandatory vaccination.

The Supreme Court of the South American country endorsed almost unanimously the mandatory nature of vaccination and that national, state and local authorities may sanction citizens who decide not to be immunized, for example, by prohibiting the entrance to a restaurant if they do not have a vaccination card.

In its reasoning, the Supreme Court equated its decision with the right to vote, since Brazilians are obliged to exercise their right to vote. But if they do not justify their absence, they receive a financial fine and even sanctions to their rights, such as the impossibility to renew their passport, among other measures. Obviously, no one will be physically forced to wear it.
