En el hay localidades con un presente sombrío y tenebroso que en sus años dorados fue habitado por unas 170 personas. Una de las leyendas mexicanas sobre el pueblo fantasma está sustentada en el miedo y terror, pues es un lugar donde ocurren sucesos paranormales. Se cuenta que una tarde de octubre, Don Fidencio residente del lugar iba de camino a su finca, acompañado de un trabajador y su hijo cuando fueron interceptados y asesinados por lo que parece fue un ajuste de cuentas.
