Ubicada en Monterrey, en el municipio de Guadalupe. Existe una casa a media construcción con una fachada impresionante, pero con un aspecto extraño porque los accesos son a través de rampas. Se cuenta que la persona que mando a hacer la casa tenía una pequeña hija que se encontraba en silla de ruedas y que por eso la casa tenía ese estilo para que no tuviera ningún problema al de su habitación a cualquier otra parte. Esta casa se volvió parte de las leyendas mexicanas cuando en una ocasión el dueño decidió llevar a su hija para que conociera su nuevo hogar. La niña emocionada pidió que la llevaran a la parte alta, mientras miraba la casa y observaba el paisaje, su padre bajo para seguir trabajando, de pronto se escuchó un grito de terror y tan solo un momento después un ruido estrepitoso, la niña había caído al vacío y había muerto al instante.
