I know, that's why in this podcast 171 we are going to talk about 4 words that are complicated to remember when you study Spanish and that we can also relate them to the Revolution. What are those words? The verb “correr” ... But Male, all Newsletter subscribers know this verb “correr”, “correr” is to run and of course it has many uses. The 4 words are: running, races, mail and run. Las carreras o maratones – races or marathons El correo – Post office El corrido - Mexican music style A lot of words! They all have the difficulty of pronunciation that is the double r. What do you recommend to improve the pronunciation of the r? Look at yourself in the mirror and say the word correr many times and you will see how you can pronounce the rr. As in English the verb to run, correr in Spanish has many uses, let's see some of them and some examples.
