    Ingredientes:

    1 bolsa de 85 o 100 gramos de chile de árbol seco
    1 diente de ajo picado
    1 taza del aceite que prefiera.
    Sal
    Procedimiento:

    Se calienta el aceite. Una vez que esté bien caliente se saca del fuego y se colocan los chiles y el ajo moviéndolos para que no se quemen. Deje que se enfríe un poco, agregue sal, coloque en la licuadora y licúe hasta lograr la textura deseada.
    Puede guardarlo en un frasco de vidrio hasta por 2 semanas en el refrigerador.

    A bag of 3 to 3.58 oz. of dried tree chili
    1 chopped garlic clove
    1 cup of the oil of your choice.

    Procedure:

    You heat the oil. Once it is very hot, you pull it out of the stove and place the chili and the garlic stirring to avoid they burn. Let it cool, add salt, put it in a blender and blend until you get the desired texture.
    You can store it in a glass jar for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
