    Ingredientes:

    500 gramos de falda de res cocida y deshebrada
    1 hoja de laurel
    1/2 kilo de jitomate
    2 cebollas
    3 ajos
    2 chiles chipotle adobados
    4 cucharadas de aceite
    Sal
    Pimienta
    Tostadas de maíz
    Procedimiento tinga de res:

    1. Corta en juliana las cebollas y picar los ajos. Reserva.
    2. En un sartén, pon a tostar los jitomates (tatemar) y cuando estén cocidos agrégalos a la licuadora con los chipotles adobados, sal, pimienta. Licúa hasta obtener una salsa homogénea.

    Ingredients:

    500 grams of cooked and shredded beef
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 kilo of tomato
    2 onions
    3 garlic cloves
    2 marinated chipotle peppers
    4 tablespoons of oil
    Salt
    Pepper
    Corn tostadas
    Procedure:

    1. Slice the onions and chop the garlic. Set aside.
    2. In a skillet, toast the tomatoes and when cooked, add them to the blender with the marinated chipotles, salt and pepper. Blend until you get a smooth sauce.
