    1 taza de elote tierno (puede ser fresco, enlatado o congelado)
    1 taza de crema (puede ser crema ácida o crema de leche vegetal)
    1 taza de queso Oaxaca o queso panela, rallado o en cubitos
    Sal al gusto
    Aceite vegetal

    1 cup of Oaxaca cheese or panela cheese, shredded or diced
    Salt to taste
