    - 4 bolillos o dos baguettes medianos
    - ½ taza de frijoles refritos
    - 100 gr. de queso manchego (o el de su preferencia que sea para gratinar)

    Para el pico de gallo:
    - 1 tomate cortado en trocitos pequeños
    - ¼ de cebolla blanca picada finamente
    - 2 cucharadas de cilantro picado finamente
    - 1 cucharadita de jalapeño cortado finamente
    - El zumo de 1 limón
    - Sal al gusto

    - ¼ white onion, finely chopped
    - 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
    - 1 teaspoon jalapeño, finely chopped
    - Juice of 1 lime
    - Salt to taste
