    Ingredientes:

    Para la vinagreta:
    2 cucharadas de vinagre de arroz
    2 cucharadas de jugo de limón fresco
    2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
    2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal
    1 cucharadita de sal o al gusto
    1/4 de cucharadita de pimienta negra recién molida
    1/4 de taza de cebolla morada cortada en rebanadas muy delgadas
    1 a 2 jalapeños cortados a la mitad y en rebanadas delgadas

    Para la ensalada:
    2 mangos grandes pelados y rebanados (4 tazas aprox.)
    1 jitomate grande cortado en gajos
    3 tomates verdes lavados y cortados en gajos delgados
    15 hojas de albahaca cortadas en rebanadas muy delgadas

    1 large tomato cut into wedges
    3 green tomatoes, washed and cut into thin wedges
    15 basil leaves cut in very thin slices
