    Ensalada caprese con tomates cherries

    Ingredientes:

    200 g Mozzarella fresca en bolitas cortadas a la mitad
    200 g Tomate cherry cortados a la mitad
    Un manojo de albahaca fresca
    Aceite de oliva extra virgen
    Sal y pimienta negra al gusto

    Procedimiento:

    Opcional un poco de orégano seco frotado con las manos o tostado un poco en un sartén grueso.

    Cortar las hojas de albahaca en forma gruesa con las manos o burdamente con un cuchillo. Colocar en un bol grande, preferentemente de vidrio y agregar el resto de los ingredientes. Refrigerar un poco y servir en el mismo bol.

    Capresse salad with cherries

    Ingredients:

    200 g Fresh mozzarella in small balls cut in halves
    200 g cherry tomatoes cut in halves
    A bunch of fresh basil
    Extra virgin olive oil
    Salt and ground black pepper to taste

    Procedure:

    Optional a little dried oregano rubbed with your hands or toasted a little in a thick frying pan.

    Chop the basil leaves coarsely with your hands or roughly with a knife. Place in a large bowl, preferably glass and add the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate a little and serve in the same bowl.
