    Ingredientes:

    3/4 litro de leche
    1 rama de canela
    1 cucharada de extracto de vainilla
    6 yemas
    150 g de azúcar
    Procedimiento:

    Precalienta el horno a 160° C.
    Hierve la leche con la canela; agrega la vainilla y mantén caliente.

    Ingredients:

    ¾ liter of milk
    1 cinnamon stick
    1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
    6 egg yolks
    150 g sugar
    Procedure:

    Preheat the oven to 320° F.
    Boil the milk with the cinnamon; add the vanilla and keep warm.
    Blanch the egg yolks with the sugar. Combine them with the milk and strain the preparation. Pour into individual ramekins and bake for 30 minutes in a steam bath.
