    Pimientos
    espinacas
    poro
    ajo
    50 gr mantequilla
    75 gr harina
    500 ml leche
    Procedimiento:

    En una sartén con aceite, salteamos unos ajos laminados y después incorporamos el poro picado. Sazonamos. Añadimos las espinacas limpias y rehogamos.
