    Lomo de atún fresco 500 grs

    Tostadas de maíz c/n

    Ingredients:

    7 tomatoes (optionally you can peel them and remove the seeds)
    3 cloves of garlic, ¼ onion
    1 yellow bell pepper
    1 seedless serrano pepper
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1½ tablespoon sherry vinegar
    1 teaspoon sweet paprika
    2 large avocados
    water
    salt and black pepper to taste
    Procedure:

    Cut the onion into large pieces and soak it in cold water while preparing the other ingredients. Cut the tomatoes, bell pepper and chilli into large pieces. Put 1 cup of water in the blender and blend the ingredients adding water or ice until the glass is full.
