    Tinga de setas

    Ingredientes:

    2 cucharadas de aceite.
    1 cebolla rebanada.
    5 jitomates cortados en cubos.
    350 gramos. de setas o mezcla de hongos, deshebradas o en tiras.
    1 chile chipotle.
    Sal y pimienta al gusto.
    Tostadas.
    Procedimiento:

    Fríe en una cacerolacon aceite caliente la cebolla, cuando esté brillante agregael jitomate, cuando sueltesu jugo, viertelas setas y el chile chipotle, sazona y cocina hasta que las setas estén suaves. Sirve en las tostadas.

    Ingredients:

    2 tablespoons of oil.
    1 onion cut into slices.
    5 tomatoes in cubes.
    ¾ pound of mix mushroom, shredded or in slices.
    1 chipotle chile.
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Toasts
    Procedure:

    Fry the onion in a pot with hot oil. Then add the tomato and when it releases it juice, pour in the mushroom and the chipotle chile, season and cook until the mushrooms are soft. Serve on the toasts.
